Just right after you graduated from your university you have as a so called young professional the great opportunity to work autonomously on interesting and challenging projects. This increases your current value on the labour market rapidly.
By participating a trainee program you will work for a fixed amount of time in different areas of a company thus you get to know these well before you get engaged in a permanent position at the end of the program. We will also accompany you as you work towards a doctorate.
